SHIPPING & RETURNS

U.S & CANADA SHIPPING

Allow 2-3 days processing time. orders will ship out between 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery for all domestic orders, allow 3-7 business days. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am-7pm. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Estimated delivery for international orders 6-10 business days. While we strive to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. You will need to cover for any ingoing costs In the case of any customs cost or taxes while shipping to your destination.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days after receipt date. All return items must be unworn and in original condition with no marking or any type of damage. We donnot cover your return shipping cost. We provide exchanges and store credit only. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

How do I return an item?

 

  • Send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your item stating that you want to return your item(s). List any reasons you may have for returning.

  • wait for our response with a returning address to ship to. 

  • You will receive a response from us. Mail the unworn item(s) in their original condition back to the address we provided.

  • Include your name in your return package on a piece of paper.

  • We will process your return immediately after we receive your return package, followed by an email confirmation.

  • Refunds are the original price minus original cost of shipping.

  • Please use a tracked service as we can only refund items that are returned to us.

  • Follow the same steps to exchange an item.

  • We offer standard shipping on all U.S and Canada orders. Please allow 3-7 business days after processing time for delivery. Shipping rate is $7 for all standard shipping under 2lbs.

  • We also offer international shipping to about 120 countries. Allow 6-10 business days for delivery. Shipping rate is $24 for international orders under 2lbs.
